For this project, I was very intrigued by working with archival images and manipulating them into some sort of bizarre or outrageous scenario -purely because I really wanted to have fun with this project and make people laugh. I used about six images from an online archive as well as some hand-drawn animation in Photoshop to create this narrative which starts out with a mundane task and escalates unexpectedly into something surreal and funny. What I found very interesting was despite my initial intent for this project, I received comments afterward expressing how my animation could be interpreted as a critique of the dairy industry and its practices; something I had never considered while making this animation but was a very welcomed observation.
